Description
Rabbit Anti-Rat ERK/MAPK (Phospho Y204) polyclonal antibody for WB. This product is specific for the ~42-44 kDa extracellular-signal regulated kinase/mitogen activated protein kinase (ERK/MAPK), when phosphorylated at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204. ERK/MAPK is an important integration point of many signalling pathways, for a range of cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Upon phosphorylation, activated ERK/MAPK translocates to the nucleus, where it phosphorylates nuclear targets. Western Blotting recognises a band of approximately 43kD in human T47D lysates.
