Description
Rabbit Anti-Rat GAP43 (Phospho S41) polyclonal antibody for WB. This product is specific for Growth Associated Peptide 43 (GAP-43), when phosphorylated at serine 41. GAP-43 is expressed in neuronal growth cones during development and during axonal regeneration and is phosphorylated at Ser41 by protein kinase C. Western Blotting detects a band of approximately 50kDa in rat cortex lysates. Applications：WB
