Description
Rabbit Anti-Human MEK 1 (Phospho T386) polyclonal antibody for WB. This product is specific for MEK 1, also known as MAP2K1, when phosphorylated at threonine 386. MEK 1 is an integral component of the MAP kinase cascade that regulates cell growth and differentiation, and may also play a role in brain synaptic plasticity. MEK 1 may be phosphorylated by MAP kinase at Thr292 or Thr386. Western Blotting detects a band of approximately 45kDa in human T47D lysates . Applications：WB
