Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MCP3/CCL7 also known as NC28 whose expression can be detected in the vermiform appendix and lungs but it is highly expressive in bone marrow. It is found in the extracellular matrix. It has a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes and eosinophils but not neutrophils that can augments monocyte anti-tumor activity and also induces the release of gelatinase B. This protein can bind heparin along with CCR1; CCR2 and CCR3.
