Description
MEP50 (Methylosome Protein 50) is a WD-repeat containing protein and a component of the methylosome, the 20S protein arginine methyltransferase complex that contains the PRMT5. MEP50 has been shown to bind directly to histone H2A and the Polycomb group protein SUZ12.
