Mouse anti Dog CD45 antibody, clone CD12.10C12recognises the canine homologue of CD45, clustered at the firstInternational Canine Leukocyte Workshop (Cobbold et al. 1994). Clone CA12.10C12 recognises a glycoprotein of approximately 200 kDa expressed by cells of haemapoietic origin.
