Description
Mouse anti PTEN tumour suppressor antibody, clone A2b1, is specific for PTEN, a tumour suppressor protein located on the human chromosome 10 that is often mutated in various types of advanced cancers. PTEN exhibits protein phosphatase activity and can suppress the growth of glioma cells.
