Description
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDP kinase B) plays a role in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates other than ATP. NDP kinase B negatively regulates Rho activity by interacting with AKAP13/LBC. NDP kinase B acts as a transcriptional activator of the MYC gene and binds DNA non-specifically.
