Description
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma-associated gene 6 protein (NGX6) functions as a regulator of the EGFR pathway. NGX6 is a probable tumor suppressor involved in cell growth, proliferation and adhesion. NGX6 is down-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
