Description
NOGO receptor (NOGOR, Reticulon-4 receptor) is the receptor for RTN4, OMG and MAG. NOGOR mediates axonal growth inhibiton and may play a role in regulating axonal regeneration and plasticity in the adult central nervous system. NOGOR is expressed in the brain with highest levels in the gray matter.
