Description
Oxazepam, a benzodiazepine derivative, has been used since the 1960s for the treatment of insomnia and the control of alcohol withdrawal symptoms. Oxazepam has moderate amnesic, anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, hypnotic, sedative and skeletal muscle relaxant properties compared to other benzodiazepines.
