Description
Phenylbutazone is of the benzone class of chemicals and is used in sunscreens as a UV protectant and also as an anti-inflammatory drug in horses and dogs. Oxyphenbutazone is a metabolite of phenylbutazone, differing only in hydrogen atom at the para position on one of its phenyl groups.
