Rabbit polyclonal to Paxillin (Phospho-Tyr31). PXN is a multi-domain cytoskeletal protein that localizes primarily to focal adhesion sites to the extracellular matrix. Phosphorylated by focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and is a component of integrin signaling.
