Flow cytometry
I have used this PE-CD127 antibody for a long time. CD127, in combination with KLRG1 is a good marker for T cell differentiation. This antibody is very good and the staining pattern is very clear. Also, it is very stable. Once I used this antibody that has been stored at 4°C for 2 years. The staining result was still very good. Furthermore, compared with other antibodies, this antibody is very cheap, 300$ per ml. If you have a discount, such as 40%, it is only 180$ per ml.
