Description
Western blot analysis of PF4 in human spleen tissue and human platelets. Samples were incubated in PF4 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23926) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CXCL4/PF4 at approximately 11 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
