Description
RAC-alpha serine/threonine-protein kinase (AKT1) signals downstream of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) to mediate the effects of various growth factors such as PDGF, EGF, and IGF-I. This antibody binds to phospho-AKT1 (Ser473), phospho-AKT2 (Ser474), and phospho-AKT3 (Ser472).
