Description
Protein-kinase C-related kinase 2 (PKN2) is a protein kinase that has a preference for highly basic protein substrates. PKN2 is activated by lipids, particularly cardiolipin and to a lesser extent by other acidic phospholipids and unsaturated fatty acids.
