Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PPARgamma; isoform1 and is also known as nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group C member 3 whose expression can be detected in the skeletal muscle and fetal liver but it is highly expressive in adipose tissue. It is found in the intracellular membrane-bounded organelle. This protein controls the peroxisomal beta-oxidation pathway of fatty acids and is also a key regulator of adipocyte differentiation and glucose homeostasis. It also plays an extensive role in the regulation of cardiovascular circadian rhythms by regulating the transcription of ARNTL/BMAL1 in the blood vessels.
