Description
Rabbit anti Human DR6 antibody recognizes human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 21, also known as death domain containing receptor DR6, Death receptor 6 or CD358. DR6 is a 655 amino acid ~72 kDa type 1 single pass transmembrane glycoprotein with four extracellular cysteine rich repeats and a single cytoplasmic death domain. DR6 is widely expressed in human tissues and cell lines. Overexpression of DR6 induces apoptosis and activates NF-kB and JNK (Pan et al. 1998).
