Rabbit anti Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S antibody recognises murine Beta-nerve growth factor, also known as Nerve growth factor or NGF. Rabbit anti Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S antibody recognizes both the 2.5S and 7S forms of mouse nerve growth factor beta, a secreted peptide involved in the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems.In a standard bioassay, this antibody neutralises the activity of 3.0 ng/ml NGF 2.5S when used at a concentration of around 0.5 μg/ml.
