Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RANKL which is immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human RANK which is polyclonal and unconjugated in nature. IT is a transmembrane protein. RANK is found in the pancreas; liver; thymus and colon. It helps in the activation of NF-kB pathway. It also carries out osteoclastogenesis; thermoregulation and also helps in the development of the memory gland. It is also expressed in some cases of cancers as well. RANK has power to interact with TRAFs.
