Description
Rat anti Mouse CD73 antibody, clone TY/11.8 recognizes CD73 also known as ecto-5′-nucleotidase. CD73 is a ~69 kDa GPI anchored surface protein. CD73, in combination with CD39, catalyzes the conversion of purine 5′ mononucleotides to nucleosides. CD73 was initially defined as a marker of regulatory T cells (Schuler et al. 2011).
