Description
Rho-associated, coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK-2) regulates the assembly of the actin cytoskeleton. ROCK-2 promotes the formation of stress fibers and of focal adhesion complexes. ROCK-2 phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR.
