Description
Semaphorin-4C is a receptor which plays a role in myogenic differentiation through activation of the stress-activated MAPK cascade. Semaphorin-4C also interacts with the neurite-outgrowth-related protein, SFAP75, suggesting a role in neuronal brain functions.
