Description
SNF2h is a human homolog of the budding yeast Snf2 protein, and posesses intrinsic ATP-dependant chromatin remodeling activity. SNF2h is the catalytic subunit of several chromatin remodeling complexes, such as CHRAC, RSF, ACF, NuRD and NoRC.
