Also called TCRBV3S1Vβ3 is the human variable β3 chain of the T cell receptor. Vβ3 is the target of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB) superantigen. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV28 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).
