Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 (TNFRSF19 ) mediates the activation of JNK and NF-kappa-B. TNFRSF19 promotes caspase-independent cell death. TNFRSF19 is highly expressed in prostate. TNFRSF19 is detected at lower levels in thymus, spleen, testis, uterus, small intestine, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes.
