Performs very good and show reproducibility between samples, with excellent experimental results.
In vivo antitumor assays
This antibody was evaluated on mice harboring breast tumors. Our results indicate that anti PD1 from BIOLEGEND promotes antitumor effects which are potentiated with BCG, such as reduction of tumor growth, increase of survival, and decrease od tumor size. On the other hand, we got that PD-1 promotes recruiting of immune cells into tumor microenvironment. This antibody is easy to use, and it is purchased at concentration which is easy to adjust at experimental concentrations. it is very stable because the antitumor activity was seen during the entire time of experiments. For our knowledge, with this antibody we are the first to demonstrate that an anti PD-1 and BCG synergize to promote a high antitumor response. Thus, as a researcher, I highly recommend to anti PD-1 from BIOLEGEND (114110 code) to inhibit PD-1 signaling in in vivo assays.
