Metrosep A Supp 15 and A Supp 16 are Metrohm's new anion exchanger columns raising standards in IC to unprecedented levels. Innovative materials provide extreme ruggedness and outstanding separation power. Moreover, a chip built into the column head ensures complete traceability and GLP monitoring of all relevant data.

Metrosep A Supp 15 – efficient separation of common anions
The Metrosep A Supp 15 is a low-capacity anion exchange column designed for the rapid and complete separation of the standard anions. It is available in four different lengths: 50, 100, 150 and 250 mm. The new columns combine the robustness of surface-functionalized styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers with the high separation efficiencies of agglomerated materials. The ion-exchange groups are covalently bound to the support material of the column, which results in low diffusion rates.

Metrosep A Supp 16 – when the going gets rough
The high-capacity Metrosep A Supp 16 is recommended for complex analytical tasks, e.g. those involving highly loaded and/or aggressive matrices. It offers an excellent resolution and resolves even the most demanding separation problems.

Built-in intelligence for complete traceability
A chip built into the column head contains data permanently linked with the column (standard flow, standard eluent, etc.) as well as freely definable (column name and comments) and operational data. In addition, the chip can store all GLP-relevant data for periodic validations. The new columns are thus ideally suited for complete GLP monitoring.
