DataApex will deliver a new OEM version of Clarity Chromatography Software for Shimadzu China

DataApex, a leader in providing chromatography software, and Shimadzu, a world leader in providing analytical instruments, recently signed a new OEM software agreement. Shimadzu International Trading Shanghai (Shimadzu China) will supply Chinese customers with new chromatography software based on DataApex's Clarity Chromatography Software.

Shimadzu China has decided to keep the Clarity name for their OEM version as Clarity is a well established trade mark in the chromatography software market. The “Clarity for Shimadzu” version is localized in the Chinese language and includes a control driver for GC14C. Other drivers are expected to be added later on. Clarity for Shimadzu will scale up Shimadzu’s chromatography data solution portfolio.
