R&D Systems Inc. presents Ex Vivo Expansion of Stem/Progenitor Cells Using Defined, Serum-Free Systems at the Innovation Showcase

Friday, June 17, 12:30 - 1 p.m. Room 801 A/B

Optimal stem/progenitor cell proliferation in vitro critically depends on the quality of growth factors, basal media, and the culture matrix used. A range of media, supplements, and culture matrices have been developed by the Stem Cell Group at R&D Systems. This showcase will describe how stem cell researchers can use these reagents to achieve ex vivo expansion of pluripotent, mesenchymal, and neural stem cells under defined, serum-free conditions. Presented by Jessie H.-T. Ni, PhD
