Free Amino Acid & Protein Hydrolysate Analysis in Just Under 20 Minutes

EZ:faast^® LC/MS kits have been developed for the analysis of more than 60 aliphatic and aromatic amino acids, di-peptides, and related compounds in just under 20 minutes.

Each kit provides the reagents and supplies for the sample preparation, derivatization and LC/MS analysis of 384 samples from complex matrices or protein hydrolysates. Additionally, the EZ:faast method offers a standard 8 minute procedure for sample preparation and derivatization, elimination of labor-intensive protein and urea removal procedures, excellent method reproducibility (RSD<1%) and quantitation down to 1 nmol/mL.
