Sartorius Mechatronics Corp., the world leader in precision weighing equipment, introduces the new CPA series of rugged and reliable laboratory balances setting new standards in technology, quality and accuracy.

The new affordable CPA series offers features and benefits unheard of in its weighing class. These include:

• All models have automatic internal calibration via an integrated calibration weight at the touch of the CAL key.
• If the ambient temperature fluctuates outside of a user-defined range or after a pre-programmed time interval, the unique isoCAL function will automatically perform internal calibration and adjustments at regular intervals with consistently high accuracy.
• A bi-directional RS-232C interface port on all models assures easy communication with a PC, lab robotics and more.
• The high-contrast, backlit display offers outstanding readability under any lighting conditions, while the micro- and semi- microbalances operate without backlighting.

The CPA series consists of twenty-nine models that range from microbalances to heavy-duty models with a weighing capacity of up to 34 kg.

Connected to a Sartorius data printer or a computer, the new CPA series of laboratory balances generate the mandatory documentation for use in a ISO/GLP compliant quality management system.
