IDEX Health & Science, LLC announces a newly expanded offering of its MarvelX™ portfolio. MarvelX™ is a UHPLC connection system that is designed for easier routing throughout an instrument. This system includes removable stainless steel fittings and changeable tubing.

This new offering for MarvelX™ will include additional internal diameter (ID) and length options in order to meet a wider range of customer demand. “We previously had only 8 different product configurations covering some important ID and length needs. Due to strong customer demand we have decided to expand the line to have 55 different configurations covering additional IDs and lengths. For example, in addition to having only 25µm and 100µm PEEK- lined stainless steel we are going to also have 50µm, 75µm, 150µm and 300µm IDs with additional lengths to go with these IDs.” says Aytug Kulaksiz, Product Solutions Manager, IDEX Health & Science.

“This expansion is an important step towards making MarvelX™ the UHPLC connection of choice in a wider variety of applications and instrument options” says Eric Beemer, Lead Design Engineer for MarvelX™. “As users experience the ease of use, low dispersion, and performance of MarvelX™ they will recognize how they can make high pressure connections fast, reliable, and more effective without the need for tightening tools or extensions for installation.” added Aytug Kulaksiz.

MarvelX™ is a unique product offering a biocompatible PEEK lined option in addition to the stainless steel option. MarvelX™ is a very durable option delivering up to 200 connects and disconnects. In addition, its removable nut feature allows customers to replace the tubing making MarvelX™ a less wasteful option. In addition to these features, the new portfolio also provides biocompatible PEEK for larger IDs (150µm and 300µm).
