New CE-approved Evaporator for Gravimetric Measurements of Extracted Hydrocarbons

Methods, such as ISO-11349, Standard Methods 5520, or US EPA 1664B require a hexane extract of a water sample to be evaporated to dryness while losing minimal volatiles. The new Speed-Vap® IV can perform this task efficiently, with timer and chime to maximize walk-away time and call the analyst back for the final evaporation monitoring.
