Visitors to the booth can see the launch of Andor’s new sCMOS camera and participate in demonstrations of their new iXon3 EMCCD camera, Revolution DSD and Revolution XD confocal microscope systems.

During this meeting Andor will launch the highly anticipated scientific CMOS (sCMOS) camera. The sCMOS camera will allow researchers the unique ability to simultaneously deliver on many key performance parameters. This will overcome the ‘mutual exclusivity’ associated with current scientific imaging technology standards thereby eradicating the performance compromises that have traditionally been associated with CMOS imagers. Visitors to booth 1004 can view the breakthrough camera and discuss the new innovation with Andor’s team of experts.

Andor will also hold demonstrations of the newly launched iXon3. With the new iXon3 EMCCD, Andor have delivered a dedicated, truly high end, yet accessible ultrasensitive scientific camera platform, designed specifically to drive the absolute best from EMCCD technology across all critical performance specs and parameters.

Andor Technology will have live demonstrations of the Revolution® DSD an innovative white light confocal spinning disk based on ‘aperture correlation’. Also on display will be the Revolution XD, Andor’s laser spinning disk, live cell confocal instruments, combined with Andor’s award winning iXon3 EMCCD cameras, FRAPPA and solid-state laser combiner (ALC) with the renowned Yokogawa CSU-X1 confocal scanner to provide industry-leading speed and sensitivity.
