Syngene, a world-leading manufacturer of image analysis solutions is delighted to announce that it is exhibiting its latest image analysis systems in Hall 009, Stand F49 at Biotechnica. This will allow scientists looking for inexpensive gel documentation, right though to sophisticated proteomics imaging, to save time by viewing the best systems currently on the market, in just one place.

At Biotechnica, Syngene is showcasing new G:BOX Chemi, its affordable automated chemiluminescence image analyser and GeneFlash, its budget gel documentation system. The G:BOX Chemi features an upgraded 16 bit ultra cooled camera, providing great sensitivity of faint bands and spot images, as well as the lowest background noise of any chemiluminescence imager in its class. The new GeneFlash also has an upgraded camera linked to a new ATM style interface, making it quicker and easier to use the system and to accurately record PC and Mac compatible gel images to USB Flash Drive.

Also on Stand F49, is the high resolution 2D gel imager, Dyversity, and Dymension, Syngene’s powerful 2D gel analysis software. Dyversity, which offers a camera with fast capture times for Cy dyes can be fitted with filters and Cy dye lighting modules, allowing scientists to construct the best system for maximum performance with their 2D gel imaging research. Additionally, Dymension is on show to demonstrate how high quality images produced by Dyversity can be analysed to generate the world’s fastest 2D gel imaging results.

Laura Sullivan, Syngene’s Divisional Manager commented: “We are delighted to have the best of our image analysis range ready for Biotechnica because they embody the breadth of our considerable imaging expertise. We are confident that scientists looking for simple DNA imaging or analysis of complex protein blots and 2D gels will find the perfect image analysis system on Stand F49 and look forward to letting them discover for themselves how a GeneFlash, G:BOX Chemi or Dyversity will help save valuable time and improve the accuracy of their research.”
