QuantaLife has developed the third generation of PCR technology that quantifies DNA molecules by Droplet Digital PCR. Droplet Digital PCR provides an absolute measure of target molecules with unrivaled accuracy, precision and sensitivity. Our mission is to provide tools that accelerate new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of inherited disorders, cancer and infectious disease. Come see us at booth #225/227.

A Range of Applications

• Copy number variation
• Rare event detection
• Mutation detection
• Gene expression analysis

A Breakthrough in Quantitative PCR

Droplet Digital PCR makes it possible to count individual molecules by partitioning samples into droplets, each of which can be amplified using PCR and digitized to provide absolute quantitative results.

Compared to conventional real-time PCR systems, Droplet Digital PCR offers:
• 10X greater quantitative resolution
• 100X greater sensitivity
• Equivalent implementation cost and time

Counting Molecules – One at a Time

With Droplet Digital PCR, quantitative PCR has made the transition from analog to digital.

• Each sample is partitioned into 20,000 individual droplets.
• Every droplet is read as either PCR positive (1) or PCR negative (0) for the targeted DNA/RNA molecule.
• Data analysis is performed by counting the positive droplets and the negative droplets to provide absolute quantification in digital form.

Discover More

With droplet digital PCR:
• Unparalleled precision and accuracy
• Absolute quantification
• Detection of rare targets in complex backgrounds

And it’s easy to implement in your lab, without disrupting your workflow – or your budget.
