Rigel Medical has announced that they will be launching two new medical device testers at MEDICA 2011, the new Rigel 344 defibrillator and 366 infusion pump testers.

The two analyzers are part of a range of advanced equipment produced by the company. John Backes, divisional manager for Rigel Medical, said: “MEDICA is a key show for us and this year we look forward to launching our new products, which are sure to garner significant interest because of the new features and benefits they offer.

"Our new brand positioning, built around involving customers in the development of test equipment, will continue to underpin our marketing push at the show and throughout all the territories in which we operate.

“We will continue to engage customers and specifiers in providing us with feedback, insight and suggestions for new and future products and improvements.”

Visitors to the MEDICA stand will also be able to view the Med-eBase PC software, which can be used with Rigel Medical's testers and advanced stimulators. The software provides enhanced electronic recording and management of medical device safety testing programmes using vital signs simulators like the SIM range (BP/SP/Uni) among other instruments.
