Hamilton announced that a new Southeast Regional Office joins with its Reno, NV, Franklin, MA, and global locations in providing training programs specific to the software powering their precision liquid handling workstations. The office, located in close proximity to the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area and local airports, opened earlier this year to expand upon Hamilton’s well-known customer service excellence at the local level.

Hands-on programming and method development will allow attendees to immediately apply and reinforce learned techniques in a real-world setting. Basic learning sessions are ideal for users new to Hamilton’s range of automated workstations as well as those looking to refresh their skills. Advanced trainings are available for those looking to access both vast and nuanced potentials of automated workflows. Finally, private trainings may be custom-tailored to a customer’s unique research objectives and circumstances

“We’re very excited to expand our presence and further support our customers in the Southeast,” noted Eric Sindelar, National Applications Manager at Hamilton Company. “Through trainings and ongoing services in this critical geographic area, we can help our customers to unlock new realms of possibility in any discipline.”
In addition to the array of trainings, the Company’s Microlab® VANTAGE Liquid Handling Platform, Microlab STAR™, and Microlab NIMBUS® and peripheral devices are readily accessible at the facility for local demonstrations.
