We bought the vantage system to handle our high throughput screening for DMPK. Our first delivery, the instrument was broken during shipping from Nevada. It took several months to replace. Then the second one came, the programmer left the company and it took several months for the replacement to finish the methods. In addition, the software was not user-friendly at all, It has been 1 year since our purchase, after so many issues here and there, we finally have all the programs up in running.

It has an easy programming user interface with good network communicated function. It is easy to call other applications for sample preparation. Hamilton's service engineers have always responded quickly when a request has been submitted. They do their best to get the system back to production.
