RNA Interference (RNAi) is one of the most exciting discoveries of the past decade in functional genomics and proteomics. Analysis of siRNA transfected cells require high titer, high affinity antibodies.

Rockland Immunochemicals, Inc. is currently offering over 2800 target-specific antibodies to validate knockdown protein expression in a broad variety of mammalian cell types. Our antibodies designed to a large selection of proteins including tumor suppressors, kinases, transcription regulators, cell cycle proteins, membrane receptors, kinases, signaling intermediates and proteins involved in lymphocyte signaling. To access gene silencing, we offer antibodies for Western blot detection and/or immunofluorescent cell staining as well as gene-specific RT-PCR primers that can be used to detect mRNA.
