The nominations have been counted and a short list of five in each community has been produced. The winning products will be recognized as having significantly contributed towards laboratory efforts in 2011. All nominations and votes are also entered into a prize drawing to win a Kindle Fire.

The winners of the Scientists' Choice Best Separations and Spectroscopy Products of the Year will be announced during the Pittcon 2012 Conference and Exhibition in March.
