Thermo Electron Introduces Innovative Recirculating Chiller Platform

Thermo Electron Corporation, an industry leading producer of analytical and process instrumentation, announced today the introduction of its new NESLAB ThermoFlex recirculating chiller platform.

This innovative platform provides the latest in temperature control technology, delivering high reliability, optimal performance and ease of maintenance.The platform was developed for the most demanding cooling applications, including analytical, printing, packaging, laser, university and semiconductor markets.

The ThermoFlex recirculating platform is unique to the industry most notably because of its reliability and low maintenance needs. Unlike most chillers that must be taken off-line for up to an hour during scheduled maintenance, this innovative platform has air and fluid filters that can be changed while the unit is operating, resulting in zero downtime.

A new, patented recirculation system includes an integrated funnel, full flow filtration, and visual fluid level indication along with a number of configurable options that can be added based on the application’s requirements.
