Thermo Fisher Scientific today announced the availability of Thermo Scientific DyLight 680B Dyes for directly labeling proteins and other bioimolecules. DyLight 680B Dye exhibits fluorescence intensity up to 10-times greater than similar dyes and is useful for numerous applications, including ELISAs, fluorescence microscopy, protein arrays, in vivo imaging and Western blot analyses.
DyLight 680B Dyes are available in both amine- and sulfhydryl-reactive chemistries. They exhibit excitation and emission spectra maxima aorun 679 and 698 nm, respectively.
