1260 Infinity II Analytical-Scale LC Purification System
Experience the power of analytical compound isolation
Active ingredients analysis
This HPLC system is really strong: good separation of impurities and great repeatability of results. PDA detector a bit noisy to get good S/N values, but this is typical for this kind of detectors, anyway the FWD is really nice on this point of view. Easy to use with labadvisor and also with the Empower software.

Experience the power of analytical compound isolation.
The 1260 Infinity II Analytical-Scale LC Purification System is the most flexible and versatile solution for compound isolation within the InfinityLab LC purification portfolio. Ideal for purification of milligram to gram quantities of materials, the standard configuration handles flow rates between 100 µL/min and 10 mL/min with 2.1 and 9.4 mm id columns. Easy-to-install upgrades are available for higher flow rates or lower dispersion. To meet diverse purification needs, UV or MS detection is possible as well as clustering of multiple fraction collectors.
Features:
Purification efficiency
- Low-dispersion fraction collection for precise isolation of compounds of interest from your analytical run.
- Lowest delay volumes for minimizing peak dispersion and carryover
- Highest flexibility in fraction size while maintaining high-precision sample recovery
- Integrated and automated fraction delay sensor technology for increased purity and recovery of collected fractions
- Seamless coupling to 6100 Series Single Quadrupole LC/MS for mass-based fraction collection
Instrument efficiency
- Wide flow range up to 10 mL/min supports analytical and semi-preparative applications with 9.4 mm id columns
