Ancient DNA extraction and purification
I use the Zymo 15 ml Conical Reservoir for ancient DNA extraction to increase the volume of the binding buffer solution and hence the recovery of short and unique DNA fragments. The Reservoirs are made of a high quality material, they are easy to use and they can actually be reused if a proper cleaning and desinfection protocol is followed.
