Precipitation and resuspension of human genomic DNA
The 15mL conical tubes are the product I am specifically reviewing (not 50mL conical tube). They are great for precipitation and resuspension of genomic DNA. The packaging makes it easy to access the conical tubes to complete tasks immediately. The one downside I have found is, they cannot be used on a tube rotator for overnight resuspension at RT; no matter how well you ensure the tube lid is screwed on properly, some tubes still leak. This is a problem.

All wet lab applications and benchwork
These tubes are used for a wide variety of applications in our lab such as bacteria work, western blotting, protein extractions and so on. They are very versatile and they can withstand the centrifuge speeds we use at 14,000rpm. They have the volumes marked on the side of the tubes so if you are not measuring you know approximately how much you are using. The colour is also a nice deep blue so they are nice to look at. I recommend this product as the price is the best on the market for the quality you get.
