Analyze sample tensile strength
The instrument is great and provides accurate repeatable data. The software is easy to use, however it is missing a few basic features that I miss. You can not average your data in a self define area, the software picks the range it averages. This is usually fine and works great but for unique samples we want to look at averages of different sample regions and have to estimate instead of having the software perform this task. Overall the unit and software is great.

Reliable instrument, easy to use software.
Measure break loose energy of slurries in syringes
Knowing the break force and glide force (or syringeability) of biologics for sub-q injection is critical, and the 3342 from Instron does all this for us. It is quite easy to use and the after sales care has been excellent!
