Lipidomics and metabolomics analysis of dividing cells
Very sensitive instrument with a very reliable HPLC unit. System is mostly used for lipidomics/metabolomics as the resolution is is good enough for those applications. I think it has 2 problems: 1. The pipe for the reference ions regularly clogs. 2. Detector was getting old way to faster. I recommend users to ask this issue and upgrade the power supply of the detector. That made a huge difference. I am really happy with the software to run the system. Service engineers both remote and field: are polite nice and very helpful.
